When making hand planters, the best advise I can give you is to add more cement than peat moss. This will make it stronger when removing the rubber gloves after the medium has set. Also, get a needle and poke small holes into the fingers of the glove before you fill it with the medium. It will release the air and you will have less air bubbles which create cracks and a failed job in the end. I know from experience. poor thing had a few missing fingers in the end.
